Warm Up?

 

  Everybody know that they should warm up before have some exercises, because it can avoid the muscle injury from their activities.  In fact, there are so many lists of benefit that you can get from warming up.

1. Increase the muscle temperature
It will increase your speed and strength, and avoid the injury so far.

2.Increase the body temperature
It will improve the muscle elasticity, and make your body burn faster.

3.Increase the heart rate
It will make your blood warmer and flow faster.  Your body will get more Oxygen, repair your body, and avoid the heart disease such as constricted heart.

4.The joints will move more effective

5.Balancing your hormone


   These are the reasons why you should warm up before exercise.  We have some suggestion for you who would like to know how to get a good warming up.

1 Increase you body temperature for 5-10 minutes
Jogging and jumping are the good way to increase the body temperature.

2. Stretching for 10-15 minutes
Try to stretch your body part as much as you can, but not too much.

3.Get some specific drill for 10-15 minutes
Try to have some specific part warm ups to make your body part muscle ready.

4.Make your body ready
Have a little easy run to make your body muscles relax and warm.

This are some benefits and basic warm up.  Warm up is important, you should try to warm up every time before exercise.  It might have to spent some time with, but it is good for you for a long term.

  1. I have never warm up before exercise. I thought that it waste my time and nothing's happen. But after I read your suggestion I found that it's important to do. Thank a lot!

  2. I try to do it you know, but it seems like my body isnt flexible haha >< and it's hurt,,

    Anyway, i think it's one of the most effective ways for exercise =]
