Amphawa Floating Market

Amphawa Floating Market is a well-known weekend market of Thailand. It is located in Samut Songkhram. Amphawa is a busy, exciting, and warm place for a tourist on the weekends. The environment in Amphawa Floating Market was suitable to relax. Do not have high buildings, factories, or any shopping malls in Amphawa Floating Market area. Moreover, it has a quiet atmosphere because the floating market is far from main road. It take just 10 minutes to drive from main road to the floating market. You will see the way of life and also culture of the local people from here. There are many billboards around Amphawa area that show the history and the important of Amphawa, so you can learn the important of this place. Amphawa Floating Market is also the commercial center of agricultural products in the past. The way of life of people in this area also depend on the floating market. 

Many shops and restaurants along both of canal side, and several bridges further down the canal. In the canal, there are many boat vendors selling their fresh product, seafood dish, and cool drink.  You can wave over the seafood vendors and they will cook right there for you on the boat. In the afternoon, Amphawa is crowded with both tourists and vendors. It is very difficult to see anything and difficult to walk around because the walkways are so narrow. 

Another popular attraction amongst the tourist was the Amphawa Firefly Tour at night. Along both side of the canal, there were many boats vendors offered trips to go and view the fireflies. The tour take two hours to enjoy sightseeing around Amphawa canal.

My Only Own, -P047

                    Today, I gonna write about a movie named My only own,-P047. This text is about to spoiled this movie ,so if someone hasn't watched yet, I am sorry here.

                     While I was walking at Siam Square, I saw a poster of my favorite singer " Lek Greasy Café." The poster did not tell anything much, only one phrase "My Only Own." I wondered what's it about. Then I searched for my answer and knew that it's a movie. Although, I incidentally watched this movie because I like a protagonist, I think it's worth to watch. In my opinion when the movie end and the credit of the movie is run ,but there are many people stand up and crap their hands, I think it is a great one.

                     A film by Kongdej Jaturanrasmee.The movie told a story about Lek,a key craftsman and Kong, a magazine seller who wanted to be a detective writer. Their store were opposite in one department store. One day, Kong asked Lek to play a fun game that was unlocking other room when they were not in the room. Kong and Lek wanted to know how other life are? and wanted to spent life as them. They did many things in the other rooms such as had a meal in other rooms, laid down on other sofas, listened to music, took a shower and played the piano. Before they left they will clean the room as it has been. They keep doing like this till they unlocked in one man room, Kong walked into that man's business and it became a big uncontrolled accident. There are so many following stories  happen that I can't describe and some of the stories might tell us that human is a living thing who steals  and grab others all the time.




"My Only Own" is a story from the idea that  human always absorb everything around us to be ours. For example, when we are young we wanted to be like our heroes or our idol, we cry when we listen to a sad song, we afraid to do a bad thing because we saw a penalty. All these things are the  elements that build us. Our life are combined from everything around us and what is our real thing or "our only own"?
All of this movie mention about a combination for destroying. It's about two men who play a life game together for realizing that they are combined from other things. They are just the scraps.

We are the elements of others without our intend. It spreads out for gathering again to become one. It is not important that who's he? ,but it's good to know that what element he is? and how can we find our elements? This movie is quite art and the audience have to think by them self, so this is my idea about this movie. If you can't understand my text, let watch it and you gonna understand more. If you like to watch a irony movie or the art, you gonna love this movie.

Hi, guys. I know many of you are so obsessed with the BB cream. I have tried many brands and I found the BB cream that I really love it. So, today I wanna do the review of Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB finish.

Right now, Ganier are heavy advertising on this new product.  It comes with only one shade but there are many benefits in just one step such as reveals healthy glow, reduces pores, and especially SPF 26/PA+++ UV protection which prevents our skin  from dark spots and blemishes.  I love this BB cream because it does not make my face looks too white and pale. It totally matches to my natural skin tone and it keeps my skin glow for all day long.

After your routine skincare, you just simply apply this BB cream on your face. I usually take like 2 cm. of the BB cream which is just nice to apply for all over my face then follow by the loose powder. Just this basic step you can go out with confidence.


As compared to other brands, I would like to say that it better than many drug store brands in term of quality and price. They are selling at 209 ฿ which is quite cheap, isn’t it? But if it compared to other hi-end brands like Dior, Channel, etc. It might not be as good as those brands but it does its job. In my opinion, I would say that it just gives slightly different in the term of quality but it does make a big difference in term of prices. Now, it is up to you to decide and make a right choice for yourselves. But if you ask me, of course I totally love and obsessed with Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB finish.

Runaway From The Office Syndrome

  

 Office syndrome is usually found in the working ages, because a working life behavior makes them forget to move their selves or even change their position.  This cause them backache, wrist-ache, neck-ache, and other physical pain. So, how can people avoid to be an office syndrome?

There are two causes of the office syndrome; mental stress and physical movement. It is not hard to find the real cause by yourself.

First cause is the mental stress. It will cause insomnia and sleep disorder. Your body will be exhausted, the parts of your body will be easy to be cricked, and your brain cannot have a full processing.

  Another cause is the physical movement. You will have pain that is caused by the body repetitive movement, the fixed position or the bad working position. Your body will build some fascias if the syndrome get worst, so you have to see a doctor.

Whether it is caused from mental stress of physical movement, there are some ways to protect you from the syndrome.

1. Redecorating your working table and other office stuffs for getting a right position.

2. Relaxing your body and closing your eyes or looking up for a moment every hour to reduce the crick,eyes exhausted and stress.

3. Trying to touch a sunrise for reducing the office stress.

4. Finding a small tree to place on your working table for reducing stress and magnetic field from the electronics.

5. Exercising to relax your body and reduce stress.

Anyway, I found out what shade is suitable for me so I want to share this to you all. Let’s find your hair color!

Do :      Dark brown, chocolate brown and mocha shade
             To be look better is should highlight in order to prevent the complexion not to be look dark.

Rod Fai Market

 

As you know, there are lots of weekend night markets in Bangkok such as Saphanput Market, Patpong Market, Klongthom Market, and so on. Today, I am going to introduce you an interesting weekend night market on Chatuchak Road called Rod Fai Market.

 

In Rod Fai Market, you can find a lot of antiques, retro, and vintage items.  It is not as well known unlike any other night markets because of its poor location. It located near an abandoned railroad track, and the word “Rod Fai” means train in Thai. That’s why they call Rot Fai Market. This open air market is open every Saturday and Sunday from 2 pm. until midnight. I suggest after 5 pm. is the best time for shopping, because the stalls will all be open. 

Rod Fai Market has two large zones

The antique warehouse zone: It is on the left hand side. Most of the stalls on this zone are selling antique and retro furniture such as wooden tables, cabinets, bookcases, lamps and clocks. These are still beautiful and valuable, but the prices are too high.

 

The open-air market zone: This zone is very interesting to me. Many stalls are selling retro items like used clothes, shoes, toys, collectibles, bags, accessories, and so on. Although, people are very crowded, I can walk for hours looking at those items. Moreover, the market is filled with vendors serving testy food and drink with a reasonable price. If you do not want to buy anything, you can just go there to experience the retro atmosphere.

Something you should know about APEX!!

Today, I'll tell some stories about APEX before it'll become a legend. Some people don't even know what's APEX? Siam, Lido and Scala theatre are in the APEX group. Recently, we've heard that Lido and Scala will be expropriated from Chulalongkorn University becoming a walking street.  Lido and Scala will run out in 2013 and 2016 in turn. APEX's gonna be 46 years old this year. Before politics crisis in 2010, there are 3 theatres in APEX network; Siam, Scala and Lido. Siam theatre was burned on May 19, 2010. The last movie that was shown at Siam theatre was Iron Man session 2.

Siam theatre has 800 seats and the first movie that shew at Siam theatre was BATTLE OF THE BULGE by Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. on December 15, 1966. There was also the first escalator in Thailand here!! After that, Lido was opened on June 27, 1969 with 1,000 seats and GAMES FOR SAN SEBASTIAN was the first movie showing. The youngest theatre is Scala, was opened on December 31, 1970 and The Undefeated was the first movie showing. At first Siam theatre would be named " Chula" ,but this name was like King's name,so they changed to be Siam.

 At that time, the ticket price was 10 baht to 15 baht and maximum to 30 baht. Now the ticket price is only 100 baht. The special things of these theatres are ticket collector, yellow suit that they wear is especially at APEX and every time when you see a movie you can get stamp's theatre on APEX Exclusive Movie Mileage;once time for one stamp, 10 stamps get one ticket free. And the fascination of these theatres is the ticket that made from ordinary paper,I think it does not even look like the ticket but I feel about attracted.

No matter all these charming theatres are destroyed, they will be in our memory forever. Many phenomenons happened here, these places created many things including my opinion about out trend movie. I have got many ideas from those movie.If a good movie is like a human, APEX will be like a warm house. I can not assure you that all the movies have shown here were great, but I can assure you one thing you can't get these atmosphere from other theatres. All staffs are waiting to welcome you like you are their cousins coming home!!
